Jeff Grundmann

Jeff Grundmann

Jeff has been an avid music fan the majority of his life. His first introductions to music were through his parents and included the works of Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck and Dixieland Jazz bands. He learned to “crank up” the stereo when his parents brought home their first console stereo and played Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture (Ormandy and the Philadelphia Orchestra) at 11! Is it any wonder that his love of music is so varied? He has been a season ticket holder to the Santa Fe Opera, has attended more Grateful Dead shows than he can count, travels long distances for shows (yup even crossing the pond a time or two) and has been a regular on the Prog festival circuit. He and his signature “gig hat” have been attending RoSfest since 2013 where he found a family, he didn’t know existed…
Typically (when not attending a show somewhere) you can find Jeff at home with The Lovely Miss Barbara (TLMB) and Val and Princie, The Studio n Dogs, working on his passions. He and TLMB operate Farming Artists; their homestead where they are continually working on projects related to food and sustainability. They mix old world techniques with modern technologies and train others to take care of themselves in these ways. He has also been an artist his whole life operating Pisces Moon Studios since 1998.
Jeff is excited to be an official part of the RoSfest crew. Keeping the dream of great live music alive in what ever small way he can and helping to bring more sonic joy into your ears.

Rita K Drew

Rita K Drew

Lovely Rita (yes, she really was named after the song) has been a music lover since birth. She is the very definition of a music tourist, having attended or worked at concerts or festivals in 15 countries across 4 continents with plans for more. She has been a fixture at RoSfest since 2014 when she first came to the festival with Lisa Wetton.
When she is not a cape-wearing, bad-music-fighting member of the Crewsome Twosome with Octavia Brown, Rita is busy in many aspects of the music world. With her partner in musical crime, Sven Henriksen, she operates The Band Wagon USA, a merchandising website and fulfillment center for a growing number of artists, as well as a logistical and merch support provider for bands on tour. She manages The Cyberiam, a heavy prog band from Chicago, and assists with a few others. She owns Random Disturbance Records, home of Edison’s Children and Rick Armstrong. She is a member of both the ProgStock crew and NJ Proghouse staff.
In her spare time… Who are we kidding, she doesn’t have any spare time…

At the festival itself she’ll be putting all her technical skills to good use, providing additional support for our stage crew and generally helping out, both backstage and front of house.
